Craft Beer in Food Science: Luca Pretti in the world top 10

According to a recent article in the international journal Beverage, published by the publisher of scientific journals MDPI, Italy is confirmed as a leader in research on craft beer in the food sciences.
The article analysed data from publications over the last twenty years, showing that our country ranks first for the largest share of publications. It is followed by the United States, Brazil, Spain and China.

A particular source of pride for Porto Conte Ricerche is the presence of Dr. Luca Pretti, one of our researchers, in the prestigious top 10 worldwide.
With no less than six publications dedicated to the topic of craft beer in food science, Dr Pretti represents an example of excellence and innovation in the field. His dedication and expertise are an inspiration to us all and a clear sign of the growth of research in the field of Craft beer.
