The services offered by the laboratory mainly involve: systematic and differential analysis of the proteome of tissues, cells or cell compartments by electrophoretic techniques and protein identification through mass spectrometry analysis; search, identification and characterisation of peptide and protein markers, protein purification through chromatographic techniques and validation of the primary structure through mass spectrometry analysis, identification of post-translational modifications, high quality protein extraction from FFPE tissues; design, synthesis and purification of peptides.
