Management and organisational units

The Sole Administrator represents the senior management and directs and coordinates resources and programmes with a unified approach, defining the functional links between the company’s organisational units.

Organisational Units

The operational structure of Porto Conte Ricerche is divided into the following organisational units: level I (sectors), Level II (services) and programmes (programme units), each with a group of human and material resources and headed by a manager. The Sectors perform specialised tasks for the management of internal functions and services or for the design, development and delivery of external end services. Each sector is assigned a head with the title of Manager.

Administrative Sector (manager Paolo Posadinu)

The activities are directed towards external end services or internal support services for the Production and Technical Sectors.

The following organisational positions come under the Administrative Sector:

• Accounts and Financial Reporting
• Management Control

• Reception and Switchboard
• Management of rooms and common areas

Production Sector (manager Tonina Roggio)

The activities are directed towards external end services and are carried out directly or with the support of the Administrative and Technical Sectors.

Technical Sector (manager Antonpaolo Garau)

The activities are directed towards internal services. The following organisational positions come under this sector:

• Management and maintenance of technological systems
• Network and computer system management
• Design, construction and safety
