This laboratory supports the development of new food products. The services range from product design, to prototyping and production of the "new" industrial product.

All necessary chemical, physical and microbiological analyses to establish compliance with current legislation are included within the services.
Processes for the fermentation of biomass from various sources can also be conducted in the laboratory.
