Organisation

This section contains information on Porto Conte Ricerche’s policy and administration bodies, the organisation of their offices and their contact details.

Porto Conte Ricerche is managed by a Sole Administrator, appointed by the shareholders. The appointment is made by Sardegna Ricerche in accordance with art. 2449 of the Italian Civil Code. The shareholders also appoint the internal control body (Sole Auditor) and the Scientific Steering Committee. The Scientific Steering Committee proposes the technical and scientific guidelines for the development of company activities.

The Porto Conte Ricerche organisational structure is divided into three first-level sectors. These are assigned functions related to the core activity of the Research Centre: the administrative sector, production sector and technical sector.
