Organisation chart

Porto Conte Ricerche is headed by a Sole Administrator appointed by the shareholders. This appointment is made by Sardegna Ricerche in accordance with art. 2449 of the Italian Civil Code. The shareholders also appoint the internal control body (Sole Auditor) and the Scientific Steering Committee. The Scientific Steering Committee proposes the technical and scientific guidelines for the development of company activities.
